Recently, I spent time in San Francisco with AI, legal, and policy leads from across the enterprise software industry. I truly love a good geek-out session.
We were across similar sets of problems: point-in-time governance for agents, provenance and audit gaps, and identity and authorization questions that get harder as systems become more autonomous. The speed mismatch between how fast agents operate and how slowly certification cycles move came up repeatedly. It was strong validation of the direction around action authority and trust infrastructure. Security, privacy, and AI ethics are being orchestrated (see what I did there 😉 ) into one discipline faster than org charts can absorb.
