This framing matters. In legal, product, and engineering teams alike, we’re already seeing AI help with knowledge surfacing, task prioritization, and decision scaffolding. But like any manager, the value depends on how it’s used. Helpful nudges? Great. Hallucinated confidence? Risky.

The takeaway isn’t just about productivity. It’s about shifting from AI as a tool to AI as a collaborator — one that can scale context, not just execution. But that only works when governance, transparency, and human judgment stay at the core.
